Although I only lost 5 lbs the results are AMAZING! Can you believe your eyes?

First thing make sure you’re drinking lots of water
if earth is your mother, then let water be your father.

stay hydrated or you just might start to teeter totter.

Now speaking of soda as your quota here is a fact,
it’s calories are from sugar, which turns into fat.
high fructose corn syrup turns into a trap
in your arteries and trust me you don’t even want that!

Here’s a little something for those who like to snack,
a nibble here a nibble there can really sneak up on you fast
Reduced fat snacks seem Healthy but the flavor’s gonna lack
So lots of salt’s added to compensate, too much salt is bad.

Now I ain’t gonna lie, man, I love me a steak I love me a burger, but here’s what’s at stake…
cardiovascular disease and cancer, undesirable fates
18 oz MAX a week should be your intake.

We now live in a digital age
We tweet, facebook, youtube and myspace.
Sitting, clickity clack at that Computer for days,
sitting like digital zombies, expressionless face.

A sedentary lifestyle, no physical activity
this can cause various, different infirmities,
I got some advice so prepare to be “wow’d”
Close the Laptop get out of the house

dont just have game, make sure you have a chest.
a few push ups a day can keep you at your best,
wide, diamond, decline, FLEX!

Some girls complain about thighs and hips
men complain of guts from lotsa beer and chips,
One great bit of advice I can give,
cardio, cardio, cardio….. that’s about it.

weight loss is not the only topic in health
health is also mental which effects everything else.
Steer clear of drama, sadness, anger, and stress
but laughter, smiling, happiness…yes!

I hope you treat your health now like it’s something regal
We gotta get better health for more people.
Make healthy living full time participation,
