I find that if I … I find that if I work out at night the easier it is to make excuses, like I’m too tired. I like to work out in the morning because it makes me feel good about my day. I am a visual person, so I have pictures of what my goal is on the inside of my pantry doors. Makes me think twice. Great video!
Could you possibly … Could you possibly make sport-specific exercise series? I would like to make a personal request for Tennis. I’m a very experienced player who is currently held back from improving primarily due to not being physically strong enough. But I don’t know which muscles to build for the best results.
