		<description>&lt;b&gt;As a certified ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; As a certified personal trainer and fitness coach for years, I can see why watching these videos which are posted by those without a kinesiology background or fitness education can be dangerous. This girl has the worst posture ever. Her back is flat on the floor which indicated a posterior pelvic tilt which is a common indication of doing abs exercises with the wrong posture for too long. If you don&#039;t want to get hurt doing ab exercises, do NOT try these workouts the way she explains them.</description>
